Baby Daddy

Josie: The Winter Collection

The snow arrived last week, and with it a big day in exploding world of Toddler Fashion. Today, the eyes of Paris, Milan, London, and New York are all trained on the peaceful hamlet of Arlington, MA, where the reclusive couture Goddess Josephine Colette Almond will be offering an exclusive peek at her Winter collection. The photos below are intended for PRESS USE ONLY and are NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION to any non-famous persons (i.e. members of the general public). Ms. Almond's theme for this season is called Cabin Fever: Let's Get This Party Started.

    Shall we?

"A black poly puffy over a cotton pink mini -- OH, YES SHE DID!!"

"People ask me if I use real animal fur in my designs. I tell them,'Not only do I use real animal fur, but I kill all the animals personally. With my teeth. Any other questions? Good. Now get me a fucking drink."

"The critics say, 'Slow down with the decollatage, Jos! There's only so much they'll go for in Topeka.' I say: Topeka? Did Gianni ask about Topeka? Did Oscar? Did Coco? If I want to know what Topeka thinks, I'll go to Wal-Mart and take a poop in the mixed knits aisle!"

"Sometimes I just want to settle down with a good book. People have trouble believing me when I tell them. It's like this pink turtle with crushed velvet trousers. It screams: Geranimals Lonelyheart. The duality -- I love that."

"The lime green and navy are all about the transience of our time on earth. The changing of the seasons. I've gone with a Gore-Tex/cotton blend -- the modern and the traditional, the form and function. I don't plan -- I just do ...

"Now it's time for another goodbye, my loves. Oh! It all goes by so fast. I adore you all, even those of you who dress like color-blind trolls.

  Eternal kisses."

This was so cute.  It made my day.  Thanks!  It also made me thankful that I live in a southern state and I don't have to deal with all that snow!

Adorable, as always!

And what is in that box that says "Cloth diapering has never been so easy!"?  I love cloth diapers, but that made me laugh.

That leopard fur collared and cuffed sweater is da bomb!

How did she like the snow? I miss it. Climate change is turning the NC mountains into a tropical rain forest. We had one weakish sledding day last year. ONE!

Oh!  Makes me wish Axel was a girl so he could have his own fashion show - boys' clothes just aren't as fun.  Love the fur-trimmed jacket!
