Try 3:00 am, changing in the dark to keep the baby mellow, slipping the diaper off when... THUD! I should qualify that as - WET THUD! Groggy and blind, I assumed that my mother had accidentally left a wipey in the diaper during the last change. But... when I reached down to pick it up... It was the size and texture of a ripe peach, twice as heavy, and perfectly green!!!

HYSTERICAL...you always put such a clever spin on these experiences.

I still remember that first one. And they get even worse...just remember, prunes are your friend. Always have some prunes on hand.

Does she try to flip up in the air and do a triple axle? Baby Diva loves to get moving once her diaper is off (but she is still not completely wiped down).

We have to do the same thing with the spoon.

When you are on finger foods, here's a trick Super Dad figured out. You extend the food to the baby as if you are going to hand feed her...then psych her out by pulling it back. Eventually Baby Diva got fed up and grabbed the food.

I'm shocked....we had tons of blowouts with disposable diapers and not a one since switching to cloth...what kind of cloth diapers are you using?
