I think you've struck a veritable vein of gold, here, but sometimes with you writers I wonder if you do things just to write about them, you know? I wouldn't repeat this kind of thing, even for fame, as you do have responsibilities. Also, I was surprised that there wasn't more description of you being reunited with your dog.

That... is AWESOME! It's like "Alice's Restaurant" where he told the guys he was in for littering and they all moved away from him until he added "and creatin' a nuisance" and they all made friends. Just completely awesome.

Dude, so sorry to read of your ordeal! Had to have sucked. Great war story though, no? Kids are so much "easier" than dogs... can't get busted for having a kid on the loose --- and they do eventually potty-train!
