Mamazakka One-of-A-Kind Dolls

Posted by Gwynne Watkins

Etsy seller Mamazakka won the Halloween costume contest yesterday with her handmade interpretation of Max and Wild Thing. But artist Autumn Sousanis' talents extend past Halloween: her store carries jewelry, pillow cases, and best of all, these stunning heirloom dolls. Inspired by Russian nesting dolls, these are made-for-grown-ups art pieces that beautifully symbolize motherhood. The painted faces and fabric details are truly exceptional; we've never seen anything quite like them. Dolls are available for purchase here; more photos after the jump!
