Though I'm rarely one for the prim food serving device, this whimsical, tiered cupcake stand ($36.95) from Crate & Barrel caught my eye. Seems like the perfect accompaniment to a picture-perfect birthday party (you know, right before all the frosting is smeared all over everybody's faces). It would also do well as the centerpiece at a Valentine's Day party. And if you want the picture-perfect cupcakes to go with it, there's always the Barefoot Contessa coconut cupcake cupcake and cream cheese frosting mix ($10.95).
