Creative Kids: In the Kitchen

Posted by Erin Behan

My parents gave my sister and me a carboard box with stickers on the outside that looked like burners--it was our play kitchen, and we loved it. However, if your tot is a bit more demanding, you should consider the My Creative Cookery Club ($110) available at Modern Tots. This all-wood kitchen has all the essential--oven, cupboard, cooktop, sink, utensil rack--and comes with enough food and condiments to spark creativity. Now if only it came with a complimentary kid-print edition of "The Omnivore's Dilemma."

Tomorrow, look for a quality option for your budding carpenter.
