By now you've heard the news: Jennifer Lopez has reportedly talked hubby Marc Anthony into letting Scientology #2 and Sumner Redstone doppelgänger Tom Cruise be godfather to the couple's twins. No word yet on how that's going over in the Catholic parishes where J. Lo and Anthony were baptized, but it seems to be working out well for the pair's offspring, Max and Emme.

So far, Cruise is said to have committed over $400,000 to the babies' loot chest, including $200,000 worth of designer christening outfits; a giant aquarium for the kids' bedroom (rumors that it includes a scale model of L. Ron Hubbard's schooner could not be confirmed); and a star-studded, $200,000 "Welcome to the World" party for Max and Emme.

Among the smaller trinkets Cruise and Holmes are said to have bestowed on the twins are Disney DVD boxed sets -- and while we're not sure this is the case, perhaps they went for the Walt Disney Animated Anthology (pictured above). If books are on the registry for the christening party, might we also suggest the Disney Box of Screams set?
