I've never been one much into diaper caddies, but if you've got to carry your Pampers and wipes around the house with you, then you could do a lot worse than this one - the Skip Hop Toolbox.

The "Toolbox" will carry a dozen diapers and has pockets all around for cremes, nail clippers or whatever else you might need. The side pockets are even removable. Comes in pink (shown), blue and green, or white.
