Girls Rule in the Kitchen

Posted by Erin Behan

One of the advantages of being at home with your new baby is that you can spend an inordinate amount of time researching things like toasters and no boss will tell you to quite messing around. Which is how I came across this toaster, which is only negligibly about toasting.

What it's really about is girl power, the kind you can print on your sliced bread, thanks to this Pop Art toaster ($34.99) available at Target. The slogans "boys r smelly," "girls rule" and "drama queen" are among the sayings you can have burnt into your little lady's morning routine. And you'll note, the toaster is blue, not pink (although you can also get it in white).
