I spied this bookcase on one of my favorite design blogs, Design Sponge. What an easy way to liven up a tired looking bookcase. It looks so simple that maybe even I could do it. 

Just get some wood grained wrapping paper or contact paper and you've got yourself something that would normally cost a pretty penny.
