Sometimes you just need a dress big enough to fit you plus one or two kids. This Sunday, Ashlee Simpson wore a roomy black formal gown to the MTV Video Music Awards with her size (and a blabber mouth “friend”) speculating that she’s carrying not one but two Wentz/Simpson buns in her oven.
One thing about carrying around a being or two in your body is that you tend to be a wee bit clumsier with that added girth messing with your equilibrium. Personally, I wouldn’t go for a gown with a voluminous train that could lead to some awkward and painful stumbles. So, I won’t, for your safety, suggest something that dangerous, yeah…I care. Instead you can steal Ashlee’s look with this Matte Jersey long black evening gown from Pea in the Pod ($325).
