A friend recently asked me to suggest dresses for her young daughters to wear to a fancy wedding. I think I've found it: the Flowers by Zoe dress at Tutti Bella ($129.95) is dressy, glam and night wedding appropriate. The short-sleeved dress is rayon and spandex with sequins radiating from the collar. Though it's sparkly, it's not over the top, and will make any little girl (sizes 4-6x) feel like the star.
