I’m all about finding basics for my baby. The above long-sleeved tee is by Kicky Pants and made from silky, soft bamboo. Apparently, bamboo keeps babies 2-3 degrees cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold. Who knew? Bamboo is also organic because it doesn’t require pesticides or herbicides when growing. Available in sizes 3 - 24 months and in these soft colors: natural, moss, spring grass, bark, pond, and lotus ($18). 
My last favorite item is a must have for the bath. Well, it's a must have if your child hates to have her face washed, like mine does. The above Puppet Washcloths by Furnis Spielwelt are soft and cute, but sturdy enough to hold up to years of baths and washings in the washing machine.
