Bento Lunch Box

Posted by Lisa Mulcahy

Befitting of kid-o lunches that usually require multiple Ziplocs and/or Tupperware, the Bento Lunch Box is an ingenious idea.
Rooted in Japanese culture, but modified to meet the needs of kids on the go, the Bento Lunch Box, $25, includes a snap-top outer container with a sturdy utensil set and four removable inner containers that can accommodate a variety of foods. Now the PB&J won’t get squashed and fruit won’t leak into a soupy mess.

My daughter has two of these--one in pink and the other blue.  We have gotten many compliments and so many of her friends' parents have asked me where to get one.  I love that it is reusable and we have nothing to throw out at the end of the day!
