I’ve found that most bunk beds a.) Look like they might collapse and crush the sleeping child below or b.) Are too sleep away camp for me. Not this double-decker model.
The price tag is a little steep at $1,899, but Room & Board’s Moda Duo Bunk will last at least until the teenage years. And if you calculate the price for two separate beds (if you even have space for that) it’s not so bad. Well, maybe it is, but with solid maple construction, is worth the investment.
