Baby Knee Pads: Sili or Sensible?

Eco-friendly guilt-free Baby Knee Pads? Who would've thunk it? Silikids, it seems.

Now you can let your little crawler scoot around the house until his heart is content, without feeling guilty about his red irritated kneecapless knees. From tile to hard woods to Berber, all surfaces are easily maneuverable thanks to Silipads.

Silipads are sock-like knee pads that baby will actually wear because they aren't bulky and awkward. And after baby crawls around the house all day, just toss them in the washer AND the dryer. Thanks to the silicone pads, the cute colors won't fade.

What do you think? Does baby need knee pads during the crawling months?

i love these!  i bought a pair for my little girl last year.  being first time parents we installed the worst kid-friendly floors you can find all over the house (rough sandstone).  her knees were scabs, we felt horrible!!  anyway, the silipads worked great!   they were also good for when she started walking and wiping out.
