The Allerhand Carry-on Bag is small enough to stow beneath a plane seat, but has enough pockets to stash necessities and keep them in place. Though the PVC-free bag only measures 13 inches by 12 inches by 4 and half, it has two zippered compartments that open to reveal three thermal sleeves for bottles and stretchy elastic dividers.
