Room and Board has a fantastic selection of rugs that can be used in the nursery. I am so impressed by the colors on their Henley, flat weaved rugs. Available in three color combinations: chocolate, olive and putty.

Perhaps this wouldn't be the best rug for crawlers since it's a flat weave and not tufted, but it is very durable. It would be great in a play room. Made from 100% wool and affordably priced at $299 for a 5 x 8 rug.
