Vibrating Teether

Posted by Lisa Mulcahy

The idea is not entirely new, but I like the R&D (research & development) story behind this vibrating teether.

Out of pure frustration over his son’s teething, inventor Livio Scagliotti Jr. gave the baby his vibrating pager, and it worked to provide some relief! He got to work and created the Je Je Therapeutic Teether, $9.95. The wheel shape is easy for babies to gasp on to, the battery can be replaced and it has an internal timer that shuts off after 7 minutes of vibrating.
