First Look: The Children's Place Summer Collection

Posted by Nicole Feliciano

A peek at the Summer ’09 Collection from The Children’s Place.

Sure, you still may be shuffling the family out of the house in parkas and snow boots. But summer will be here before you know it.  To beat the winter blues, we’re sharing a sneak preview of the Summer 2009 collection.

What can you expect?  Rainbow bright colors, funky graphics and loads of accessories.  You can also expect value for your dollar.  It’s one of the things we love most about The Children’s Place—the prices.  A recessionista (a thrifty fashionista) can outfit the entire family for a day at the beach without tapping into what’s left of the kids' 529 accounts.

Here’s a taste:

Water shoes (shown on girl) $6.50
Floral tankini (shown on girl) $16.50
Swim trunks (shown on boy) $12.50

Other trendy looks include maxi dresses for girls, striped beach polos for boys and “little talker" bold graphic bodysuits for babies.
