We have this, it doesn't work very well. It mostly kind of spews a lump of bubbles down the side of the tub.

Yeah, we had this too.  It NEVER worked.  The air power was never strong enough to blow the bubbles up, so they just sort of blew up a little, and popped all before leaving the wand.  We just threw it away.  Waste of money.  :(
