Part Build-a-Bear, part Uglydoll, all DIY, the Make Your Own Monster kit from U.K. designer Donna Wilson promises a new little beastie with each assorted-piece pack.
Though you don't need sewing skills to put together the pre-stitched creatures (specifically their shapes, felt pieces, stuffing and bobs), the assembly process is a bit advanced for little ones to do on their own. Which is just as well, as far as this monster-loving dad is concerned.
