Crib Fringe?

Posted by Lisa Mulcahy

Touted as the bumper alternative I don’t really see the correlation here. Sure there’s been a lot of controversy over whether or not to use crib bumpers, but Babylicious’ Crib Fringe, $66, is really just pure decoration. It's certainly not going to prevent baby from bumping his head on the rails being that it's tied to the top. I say go-ahead, design the nursery to the nines but I don’t think the inside of the crib is a place to tie unnecessary accessories. Hanging pendant flags on the wall would create the same effect. Any thoughts?
