Serena & Lily are in a generous mood. The linen and homewares company has just partnered with Project Night Night, a nonprofit charity dedicated to improving the lives of homeless children. A noble cause indeed.
From now through May, in celebration of Mother’s Day, Project Night Night will be donating individual tote bags filled with a security blanket, an children’s book, and a stuffed animal to children in a variety of homeless shelters. For every Market Sling purchased from the Serena & Lily site, they will donate one of their stuffies and one of their super cozy blankets to Project Night Night.
Actress Rebecca Romijn has signed on to the cause and stated that, "I am honored to partner with Serena & Lily to support Project Night Night and their work with homeless children. As a new mother, I feel it's my responsibility to help other children who may need extra comforts during difficult times. I hope other companies take Serena & Lily's lead to help care for those less fortunate."
