I've been loathe to jump on the Appaman bandwagon. Angelina put one of their tees on Maddox a while back and they just blew up to the point that every other kid in our neighborhood runs around in their wares and a nearby kids' boutique even boasts an Appaman T-shirt Club. Too much was enough and I decided to put an admittedly irrational moratorium on the uber-trend in our household. And, just as irrationally, I lifted the ban when I came across this knee-length sweater dress. It calls to mind my friendship bracelet/side ponytail '80s days. The cotton is the perfect weight, it has a great (read: not pink) color palette and features arguably the coolest of all zoo animals. Score one for the trendoids. I'm finally sold.
