In terms of practicality I'm not sure about this one; I mean, do I really want to encourage my children to be stretching up to -- and drawing on -- a wall clock? I guess I would if it was this chalkboard slate clock ($59 at Land of Nod). The lover of hands-on learning in me thinks it's clever to let kids do their own numbering (or drawing of key items), while the curmudgeon in me is cringing at thoughts of chalk dust. You have to love the chalk- and eraser-holder "pendulums," though.
