One of my kids used to sit at the table screaming "FOOF IT! FOOF IT!" (my cue to commence blowing on hot food) until it was cold enough to suit her royal palate. I don't miss those days. Had I had this Mac & Cool quick cooling dish -- fill it with water, freeze, and hot food placed inside it cools to kid-friendly temperature in no time -- dinner might've been more harmonious.
