When Chris sent me the link for this outfit (because she likes to be known as the nice one), I laughed so hard, I peed. It's like a folk singer, a pin up girl and Holly Hobbie fell into the fashion vat and came out looking like this. It looks unfinished, strange and yet, I love that hat. Perhaps the designer should have stopped there before Frillious Overwhelmious took over.
