
Those in the New York interior design circle know that late spring/early summer is show house season. The most famous is Kips Bay, but there are a slew of others that draw big crowds. But what most people don’t know is that after the doors close to the public, most rooms are dismantled and the “slightly used, often just looked at” designer goods are returned to vendors and are sold as samples.
