Please understand that I am a person of faith and I really do think the idea behind this inspirational little survival kit is a great one; each object is meant to remind you of something important throughout the day. (The rubber band ball, for example, is meant to remind you to be flexible. Get it? Clever!) And as a bargain addict I can certainly appreciate that you can order one for free.
However, I have two problems with the implementation. First, I've read that New Morning host Timberly Whitfield keeps these items in her purse as "a reminder to thrive," and I'm thinking that anyone who lugs around all this extra crap is just going to be tired. Second, if you're going to call it a survival kit, I'm pretty sure it needs to include Advil, chocolate, a spare diaper or two, and the phone number of a good babysitter.
