I'm not sure about these bracelets. On the one hand, they are pretty cute. 14 carat gold, with semi precious stones and pearls, and strung on a stretchy cord, the idea is nice. You can choose from an inital, a flower, or even a full name. Bling for your little one, if you will.
My beef is with the stretchy cord. I can just see my own girls, pulling on the bracelet, just to see how far it'll go. It'd snap and all the pearls would fly, probably while I was driving. I'd be forced to pull over and hunt for teeny tiny pearls, while cursing my own sanity for purchasing such a cute bracelet in the first place. Maybe, though, if I'd started putting a bracelet on a newborn - after all, they do come in a 0-3 month size - the novelty would wear off and there would be no snapping of the bracelets.
