• 7 Days of Getting Crafty: ReadyMade Shrinky Sheets

  First, a full disclosure. I am pretty much the opposite of anything anyone would call "crafty." I am, however, a big fan of ReadyMade Magazine, and they have all sorts of cool craft ideas for people who would rather gouge their eyes out than "scrapbook." • Okido, magazine for kids and their adults

  You've heard about the the bespoke baby booties available at enfant terrible shop, but have you checked out their beautiful graphics and illustrations (á la the genius company, also design)? Besides cashmere sweaters and other ultra-high end goods, "et" also has a great selection of books by the brilliant Katsumi Komogata and Bruno Munari. But the best find is the gorgeous OKIDO magazine from London. Featuring characters like Messy Monster and Squirrel Boy, it covers art and science for 2 to 7 year-olds.
