The Lille Baby "EuroTote" offers five products in one: 1) moses bag, 2) bunting bag, 3) stroller bag, 4) play blanket, and 5) travel bed - although they may be stretching it a bit since a moses bag and travel bed really aren't that different. And the bunting bag can be used on the stroller (as #3 states) or on a car seat, so I don't know if those truly count as separate uses either.
