Last week I blogged about this rug I found which seemed revolutionary in it's design. It's a night light! It's a rug! No more stepping on toys in the middle of the night trek to your child's room. I thought it was the most fabulous thing since sliced bread.
An astute commenter said it seemed to her that the night light was not actually a part of the rug. What? Say it ain't so.
So I emailed the company and asked for a clarification. And this is what I recieved:
Thank
you for taking the time to contact us. The lights were designed to sit on the
rug - a circle for the light to sit on is incorporated into the design of
each rug. The light can be used apart from the rug or not at
all.
Um, well. Alrighty then.
This information makes the rug much less drool worthy to me. In fact, I feel parched.
