Why yes, this Trelise Cooper "Tu Tu Much" skirt absolutely is too much, starting with the $151 price tag (at Electric Ladyland). I mean, if you're regularly spending that on size 2T clothing, good on ya, I guess, and I'm available for adoption, but come on. This skirt isn't even pretty; the colors are drab and the braided trim looks like it was glued on as an afterthought. Unless the designer is Punky Brewster, I don't get it.
