It's wonderful knowing you can fill the sippy cup with milk and not have to worry about refrigerating it up to six hours. I hate throwing away milk, but I also hate worrying that I've left it out too long.

I read the comments from Heather's first post on the Foogo Sippy Cup and someone had an issue with it leaking. There is a trick to keep the sippy cup from leaking. Simply make sure the spout is dry when you put it together with the valve. (The entire top part of the sippy cup.)

Both the sippy cup and straw bottle are BPA free and are made from unbreakable stainless steel. Available in blue and yellow and pink and purple. And, boy, they sure look cool.

Find the Foogo Sippy Cup for $15 and the Foogo Straw Bottle for $15 at The Soft Landing.

Thermos Foogo: Strong Like Superman

Whether you’re afraid of plastics or just like the sleek looks, the Thermos Foogo line can replace the cling wrap, sandwich bags and other plastic containers that currently fill up your kids’ lunchboxes or hold emergency snacks.

The Foogo line offers a 7-ounce sippy cup (with or without handles), a 12-ounce straw bottle or a 10-ounce food jar made of vacuum-insulated stainless steel. The beverage containers keep drinks cool for 6 hours and the food jar is safe to use with cold or hot treats. The leak-proof tops are multi-piece valves (similar to Avent’s) and made of soft, BPA-free plastics. All of it is dishwaser-safe.

Foogo comes in two color combinations: blue and yellow or pink and purple. Even better, there’s not a cartoon character that your kid will stop liking by next year. That matters when you’re springing $15-$19 per container. But, assuming they don’t get lost, they’ll outlast most of your kids’ kitchenware. They are steel, after all.

You can save $5 by purchasing a sippy cup and food jar set for $28.99. The straw bottle will be available mid-May.
