Wore it twice and found it very, very annoying (after 9 months of having something in my abdomen, I didn't want to go putting something on top of my abdomen), but I didn't have a C-section, so maybe it's good for that.&lt;/p&gt;

I had a c-section, and I felt like my insides were going to fall out. &amp;nbsp;I wore it for probably the first 2 weeks and it helped to support my stomach and back. &amp;nbsp;It also sort of sucked everything back into place. &amp;nbsp;I should note it was winter, so I did not mind the extra layer. &amp;nbsp;Generally, I wore a form fitting tank (nude, black or white) then the belly bandit-like undergarment and, finally, a shirt or sweater over that. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
