&lt;p&gt;There's no such thing in the game. There are prostitutes, and you can kill any person in the game (but if you choose to the police come to arrest you), but if you combine the two then that's YOUR freaky morality, not the game's. (And if that is the kind of thing you'd like to do, I guess I'd rather you're doing it in a game than in real life.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is no plot where the game encourages you to kill prostitutes. That is a lie.&lt;/p&gt;
