While filming the birth scene in her upcoming movie, A Mighty Heart, Angelina Jolie took the opportunity to remind us that her vagina is a delicate flower.
Reportedly, in order to make the scene look realistic director Michael Winterbottom had to guide Angelina through the scene, since who better to describe birth to a woman that a man? (Although Bill Cosby did a pretty good job when he likened childbirth to "taking your bottom lip...and pulling it UP OVER YOUR HEAD".)
Angelina, who plays the pregnant widow of slain Wall Street Journal
reporter Daniel Pearl in the film, admits she found the natural birth scene
difficult to enact because her daughter Shiloh Nouvel was delivered
via Caesarean section.
She says, "The birth scene was actually very funny because when I gave birth I had a Caesarean and I didn’t scream at all."
(I think that's when she winked at the camera and said "That one's for you, Jen".)
