I've always thought of The Beatles as being a bit greener than most. Sure, they've left their share of carbon here and there, but they liked flowers and hated war. They were quite adamant that all we needed was love.
Now, fans are upset that the song, "All You Need is Love" has been cashed in to promote one of green's biggest foes, disposable diapers. All you need is Luvs? Really?
In an age when Hollywood parents are leading the charge for a return to environment-friendly cloth diapers, it seems like an odd endorsement. Granted, some of John Lennon's artwork graces the shell of a different brand of diapers, but that's Yoko's call, and frankly we expect that from her, she was in a band made from plastic.
