Britney Spears' on-again/off-again assistant, cousin and wanna-be, Alli Sims, was served papers by camp K-Fed.  She was tracked down in the middle of the night, at a party of course, and ordered to appear for questioning of all sorts regarding Britney and what she tries to pass as parenting skills.  Man, I would hate to be in the middle of that mess.
