Yes, that is Jessica Simpson.  I would apologize for using a photoshopped picture, but really, find me a picture of her that isn't.

Jessica Simpson is off to see the wizard, and in addition to her obvious need for a brain, she wants a home.  A home full of kids.  Nothing in Kansas, though.  

She told Self magazine about her new passion – to adopt orphans.

"I think Angelina Jolie has done amazing things,'" she tells the magazine. "The first time I went to the orphanage (Casa Hogar Elim orphanage in Mexico) I was 16.  I remember holding this baby who was found in a dumpster. I wanted to adopt him right then and there."

Says Simpson, "I want to adopt before I actually have my own kids."

Um, Jessica, honey, you do realize that should you adopt, you would then have your own kids, right?  Adopting Mexican babies isn't something to hold you over until you're pregnant.

I'm inclined to think that she would be ready to adopt about the time monkeys fly out her butt, but hey, this is Oz.  That said, it sounds like her heart is in the right place, although we'll see if she's got the courage to pull it off. 

I wonder if she knows that Munchkins aren't donuts. 

Mm, donuts.  Oh, wrong Simpson.
