Nicole Richie, spotted coming out of an organic vegan cuisine cafe, wants her childbirth to be just as natural as her lunch.  Apparently she is playing it safe (and painful) and is opting to go through labor sans medication.

Come on Nicole, dance with who brought you, no drugs at all?  Joel can still partake, right?
