Is Nicole Richie finally putting out that album we've all been waiting for? Man, I hope not. If she could sing it would have been out years ago. TMZ (are we trusting them again?) is reporting that she has been taking vocal lessons, which admittedly puts her one step ahead of Paris, Lindsay, Patrick Swayze and Eddie Murphy.
Notice that she has adopted a "rock star" look. Going from notably stylish to terribly tragic. What in the world could have made her look at Joel Madden's sad wardrobe and think, that might work? She looks like a freakin' Olsen twin, which as everyone with eyes can attest, is not good.
