Madonna can't catch a break in her Malawian adoption (the first one that is). It seems the pending approval to adopt little David is now being held back by allegations that the director of Malawi's child welfare services, Penston Kilembe, was becoming "too cozy" with Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie. Of course he is becoming somewhat comfortable with them, they've been dealing with each other for nearly a year.
David was 13-months-old when they took him to London back in October of last year. Don't the powers that be think that 11 months is sufficient to prove they're capable and loving parents?
Apparently not, they will be visited by a new official, with a whole new outlook, over the next few days. I wonder if they kept the receipt.
