I don't know for sure, but I'm thinking this photo of Julianne Moore and her kids is staged.  The matching clothes, the perfect hair - who lives like this?  And what 9-year old boy carefully stirs his paint water like that?  If this were for real he'd be making little sis drink it while mom wrestled the cup away and ended their little craft session with a three-day grounding.

The actress has a children's book coming out called Freckleface Strawberry that tells the story of a girl who is teased about her appearance.  Moore says the book is based on her own experiences and reveals that phrases used in the book including "You look dirty" and "Can I smell them?" are things that were said to her while she was growing up.  I'm hoping they were referring to her feet.
