Actually, Nicole Richie has signed up for an 18-month anti-drinking course which is for people who have had more than one DUI conviction during a 7-year period. Last year Richie was arrested for driving the wrong way on the freeway and sentenced to four days in jail. She was previously convicted of DUI in 2003.
