Like many people, I'm feeling pretty sad for Britney's sons, Sean and Jayden after a judge ordered them removed from their mother's custody. I was also feeling bad for Britney, until I read about some of the reasons L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon came down on her so hard. According to documents obtained by TMZ, she was give plenty of chances to keep the 50/50 custody agreement as it was, but ignored the court at every turn. Including the following:
- She was ordered to submit to drug testing, which she didn't do
- She was ordered to meet with a drug counselor, which she didn't do
- She was ordered to enroll in parenting classes, which she didn't do
- She was required to sign the judge's order (couldn't find a pen?), which she didn't do
And the last straw? Last Friday Commissioner Gordon prohibited Spears or Federline from driving the children unless they had a valid California Driver's license. Today Gordon saw video of Spears driving her kids around Malibu and decided to take action. Doesn't Britney know not to mess with the Commish?
