Life & Style is reporting that Fed-Ex's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, is in LA Superior Court today alleging that Britney Spears was driving without a license this past weekend (and every weekend ever, apparently) with Sean Preston and Jayden James in the car.
If he is able to bring charges against her Britney could face up to six months in jail.
The magazine is also stating that should Britney fail her
court-ordered, random drug test "the court might try monitored visitation, or
no visitation until the tests come back clean. The court would be
trying to protect the children.”
This girl doesn't have a lot of good days lately, or pants.
