Kevin Federline To Keep Custody, Brit Gets Supervised Visitation

Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline met on Wednesday for another court hearing to decide the fate of Sean Preston and Jayden James.  Federline was present in court but...

...Britney stayed at home to receive the news.  Commissioner Gordon upheld his October 1st decision, giving Kevin Federline full custody until further court order.

Britney will have visitation rights, but her visits with the boys will be supervised.

The next hearing is scheduled for October 26th.

It's surprising how the much derided K-Fed has turned out to be the "better" parent out of the two.

I find the whole Britney life pretty sad & just wish to god she would get the help she so obviously needs those kids need a mother & father that reside on this planet, she should stop being so selfish & party hungry & do what is best for those kids, K-Fed did & it's part of what being a parent is.

Although I'd love to know if K-Fed is doing his parental act with his other kids or if it's just the two that will inherit lots of money
